Dr. Irance' Reddix McCray, MD, M. Theo, M. Div.
Our CEO is Dr Irance’ Reddix McCray, MD, M Theo, M Div., who is also the Lead Pastor of New Waverly United Methodist Church. She has been in practice for 33 years as a family physician. She also has a degree in spirituality from St Mary’s Ecumenical institute and an M Div. in Urban Ministry with a focus on faith and health from Wesley Seminary. She has a passion for Urban Ministry and routinely teaches medical and nursing students the connection between belief and its effects on health. The Adullum Community Healthcare Center is not a new endeavor for her, but the realization of a life-long purpose, to “to give unto others as she has been given.”

Family Services Foundation – Part of the developmental disability management team. Director of behavior programming, intensive supports, and educational services. Provide staff training which include BPS, core DDA trainings, positive behavioral supports, and autism. Intensive Positive Training, LLC - Director of a private consultation agency. Develop comprehensive behavioral recommendations, and train staff and care providers to implement behavioral interventions with individuals who have Autism Spectrum Disorders, developmental, and/or psychological disabilities.
The Arc Of Washington County – Program Director and supervisor of ten Crisis Intervention Specialists and three Master’s level Behavioral Consultants. Provided behavioral consultation and respite services to agencies/care providers who work with individuals who engaged in severe maladaptive behaviors and have developmental disabilities.
